At Venom Scents, we want you to be completely captivated by your fragrance; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the fragrance you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
